SOVEGA is an Information Technology and Application Outsourcing Company.

Our Story

SOVEGA was founded in 2005 by Nicola Croella and Massimiliano Testa. Over the past three decades, they have supported, as entrepreneurs and as managers, the evolution of information systems for the Finance and Health.
Both founders are currently actively involved in the management and control of the Company.
Over the years Nicola and Massimiliano have built a strong and committed  team, that designed and developed high-quality IT products and services.
To date we offer, directly or as a reseller and specialized systems integrator, IT solutions for: Financial Management, Management Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Banking and Finance, Health.

Because, in Information Systems field, we will support you throughout the whole Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with ad hoc operating models developed by the experience and the high specialization of our operation team. Moreover, our natural tendency for continuous improvement grants our customers a lifelong quality and innovation of the product.

In Finance market we satisfy the needs for automation by creating application products and provisioning ALM services, especially in Credit, Anti-money Laundering, Financial and Banking Supervision areas.

We solve our customers’ problems by taking in charge the automation of entire processes areas,creating products or application products suite and directly offering maintenance and support services.

As an member of XBRL Italy, we carry out projects for the definition and development of taxonomies in the Italian and European financial and insurance markets.

We are currently designing a brand new due diligence product for the automatic assessment of loans and receivables of a financial company.
With the full control of the Advisor, the tool will simplify and smooth all the steps of a Company acquisition: from the data room creation to the analysis of data using shared and objective criteria.
